July 09 – Present: MS Construction Company,Dubai
Welding and QA/QC Superintendent.

·         Responsible for health and safety, tool box talks and safety audits/walk rounds with the client.
·         Supervising the quality department and approving all QA/QC documents for the project.
·         Witnessing the Qualification of the PQR’s and supervising the process to TPA.
·         Writing WPS for the project, Piping and structural.
·         Ordering consumables and equipment for the set up of the pipe shop and start of fabrication.
·         Overseeing the whole welding phase of the project, managing supervision, inspection personnel.
·         Visiting sub contractor sites to monitor progress, quality and safety practices.
Mar 08 – July 09: Offshore Services, Abudhabi
Welding Engineer/ senior inspector.

·         Controlling the welding department of a medium/ heavy engineering company, carrying out work for the Oil & Gas, Power generation industries and various other areas. Working on pressurised diving systems (Lloyds/ DNV/ PD5500), pipe spools, choke and kill manifolds, terminations, Reeler stations etc.
·         Keeping all welding documentation valid and up to date to AWS, ASME IX and EN ISO 15614 specifications.

·         Supervising repairs and modifications to commercial and military vessels, including a ‘Blue Star’ oil tanker conversion to a Floating Storage and Offloading vessel.
